Full Job Description
Join us as our Supply Chain & Planning Manager and help ensure the right materials are available at the right time to support our customers and operations. In this role, you'll lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for planning, purchasing, inventory, and logistics activities in a complex Engineering-to-Order (ETO) environment. Working closely with manufacturing, engineering, procurement, logistics, and commercial teams, you'll drive continuous improvement across the supply chain while supporting operational performance and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing
  • Ensure material availability in the right quantity and at the right time to support customer commitments within an Engineering-to-Order (ETO) environment.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of planners, buyers, and logistics professionals while fostering strong team performance and collaboration.
  • Oversee logistics operations and support the efficient flow of materials throughout the plant, from receiving and storage to kitting and shipping.
  • Support a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring effective planning, execution, and supply chain coordination.
  • Monitor supply chain performance and lead initiatives aimed at improving material and freight productivity.
  • Drive the effective execution of planning processes, including Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP), Master Production Planning (MPP), and Master Production Scheduling (MPS).
  • Align production loading with customer demand and commercial lead-time commitments.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to support supplier development, supplier qualification activities, and vendor performance assessments.
  • Establish and maintain forecasting processes that strengthen planning visibility and supplier collaboration.
  • Optimize inventory levels to balance material availability while minimizing shortages and excess inventory.
  • Drive inventory performance through inventory accuracy, healthy inventory management practices, and appropriate inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements related to inventory management, material disposition, export controls, and customs processes.
  • Build strong partnerships across the business by communicating complex situations clearly, supporting informed decision-making, and helping teams move initiatives forward.

  • At least 8 years of people leadership experience.
  • Experience working with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Curiosity and interest in digital tools and data analytics, including technologies such as SQL and Power BI.

The expected pay range is CAD 114,750 - CAD 162,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives.
