As our
Supply Chain Manager, you will lead our procurement, operational purchasing, logistics, and inventory control for EV charger assembly operations, partnering closely with Sales, Production, Product, and Engineering to ensure the seamless flow of high-quality components from source to production floor.
- Spearhead end-to-end supply chain strategies for critical EV charger components (such as charging cables, connectors, and power electronics) while championing supplier performance, cost optimization, and rigorous contract negotiations.
- Drive integrated planning by translating dynamic demand signals and cross-functional product requirements into actionable ERP/MRP-driven replenishment plans that guarantee absolute material availability without inflating working capital.
- Provide visionary leadership for our growing supply chain team, overseeing logistics, shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives to power our high-energy manufacturing operations.

WHAT HELPS YOU BE SUCCESSFUL- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment, including leadership of teams and strong experience across procurement, sourcing, supplier management, purchasing, replenishment, inventory management, and material availability.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain principles, with experience translating demand signals, product requirements, supplier lead times, and inventory data into effective purchasing and replenishment plans.
- Solid procurement and sourcing expertise, including contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and planning software.
- Excellent analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence stakeholders.
COMPENSATION & LOCATION- Base Salary Range: ($120,000-$125,000). Our compensation philosophy is to provide a competitive salary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
