Why This Role Is Critical

The Supply Chain Manager for I&C Procurement directs sourcing, purchasing, and vendor relations for safety and non-safety I&C components. They balance achieving the lowest Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) with adhering to stringent nuclear quality and regulatory standards, while collaborating with engineering and QA to support operations.

What You'll Do Day-To-Day

  • Lead significant engagement with BU partners to ensure that project procurement requirements are understood and supported.
  • Effectively allocate work among the procurement team so requisitioners obtain products/services that meet lead-time, price and quality requirements.
  • Direct activities to ensure that all purchasing actions, agreements and contracts are within framework of the company's contractual obligations and are conducted in full compliance of governmental regulations, laws, company policies and procedures.
  • Provide goals, objectives and standards of performance for the group that are necessary to reach the required level of performance to carry out mission.
  • Train, counsel, motivate and evaluate performance of direct reports.
  • Propose and implement a negotiated budget, cost reduction and investment improvements so that unit reaches its financial objectives.


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
  • CPM certification is preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of procurement processes and roles of supply management field in the completion of difficult assignments.
  • Ability to generate and manage purchase orders, vendor records, and reports.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required.
  • Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Advanced problem identification and problem resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates.
  • Deep understanding of nuclear quality and procurement standards, specifically 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, ASME NQA-1, and CSA N299.
  • Proven track record in executing CGD processes for safety-related applications.
  • Expertise in navigating obsolescence and supply chain challenges unique to OEM and legacy I&C equipment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.


Total Rewards Package

  • Salary: $115,000-$156,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
