We9re looking for a Supply Chain Manager to provide strategic leadership for purchasing, planning, inventory management, and logistics functions across multiple regions. Partnering closely with leaders across our global operations, this role will develop scalable processes, optimize costs, strengthen supplier relationships, and ensure the efficient movement of materials and products worldwide. Through strong leadership and data-driven decision-making, the Supply Chain Manager will balance customer needs, inventory objectives, and operational efficiency while supporting long-term business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor9s degree or equivalent experience, along with progressive leadership experience in supply chain management, including at least 5-7 years in a supervisory capacity. Candidates should demonstrate broad expertise across purchasing, planning, inventory management, and logistics, with a proven track record of driving cost reduction initiatives and operational improvements. Success in this role requires exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to influence outcomes, develop high-performing teams, and navigate complex business challenges. 30; Oversees global supply chain functions and departments including purchasing, planning, inventory and logistics through subordinate managers
30; Oversees the company9s supply chain objectives and policies
30; Ensures issues regarding new/existing products are resolved in a timely and cost-efficient manner
30; Ensures costing for new/existing products are maintained in a timely manner
30; Oversees Master Schedule review of past performance data to forecast needs and production levels
30; Oversees how product is acquired, distributed, allocated and delivered around the world
30; Direct the allocation of materials, supplies and products
30; Understand the needs of the company and how to meet the expectations
30; Develops the strategy to manage cost, sourcing and time required for transportation of goods
30; Reviews all departmental functions and identifies areas for improvement

Minimum Requirements
30; Bachelor9s degree or 8 years of comparable experience in increasingly responsible positions in supply chain management
30; Demonstrated experience in various supply chain departments
30; Demonstrated experience in cost reduction
30; 5-7 or more years previous supervisory experience in supply chain management
30; Demonstrates expertise in a variety of supply chain concepts, practices and procedures.
30; Relies on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals
