Supply Chain Manager - Procurement, NPI & Supplier Quality Coordination (US Suppliers)

Location: Cincinnati, USA

Main Mission
Lead a multicultural, cross-functional team of approximately 10 people (Procurement, NPI Engineering, Supplier Quality) to ensure end-to-end supply chain performance with American suppliers, supporting both Original Equipment (OE) and Aftermarket activities within the Controls & Accessories Center of Excellence.
Act as the primary interface in the US, coordinating internal stakeholders and suppliers in a demanding international environment while driving performance, resilience, and continuous improvement.

• Promote a common roadmap, shared priorities, and aligned objectives with the Supplier Performance team
• Contribute to monitoring supplier performance (OTD, quality, capacity readiness, etc.) and ensure robust execution of action plans
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination to address performance gaps and mitigate risks
• Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives jointly with suppliers and SPM
• Ensure effective communication, prioritization, and escalation of supplier-related topics

Center of Excellence Interface
• Serve as the main point of entry in the US for all Controls & Accessories CoE activities
• Ensure effective coordination between US suppliers and global stakeholders
• Guarantee alignment with CoE strategies, standards, and industrial priorities

Escalation & Problem-Solving Leadership
• Act as the first escalation point for major supply chain and supplier issues
• Lead resolution of critical situations in coordination with SPMs, internal teams, and suppliers
• Provide hands-on support to team members on complex or high-impact issues
• Structure and lead problem-solving using methodologies such as:
o 8D
o QRQC
o SMS (Safety Management System)
• Ensure full closure of corrective and preventive actions

Performance Management
• Define, monitor, and steer team performance through KPIs and dashboards
• Drive execution of performance improvement plans
• Ensure visibility and regular reporting to leadership

Continuous Improvement & Transformation
• Identify and deploy process optimization and digitalization initiatives
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
