Boulder Community Health is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee warehouse, inventory, procurement, and distribution operations across BCH hospitals, clinics, and off-site facilities. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of supplies and equipment throughout the organization, managing vendor relationships, supporting contract compliance, leading operational improvement initiatives, and supervising a multidisciplinary supply chain team. The Supply Chain Manager serves as a key partner to clinical and operational leaders, helping ensure caregivers have the resources needed to deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining strong financial stewardship and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
• High school education or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred. A combination of college courses in business or related field and years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Current Colorado driver's license required.
• Five years of Supply Chain experience required, preferable in healthcare or equivalent of education and experience.
• Three years of leadership experience required.
Responsibilities
• Lead daily supply chain operations across BCH hospitals, clinics, and off-site facilities, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, distribution, and supply standardization.
• Oversee inventory levels, supply availability, disaster preparedness inventory, contract compliance, product conversions, and vendor performance to ensure continuity of operations.
• Manage supplier relationships, capital equipment requisitions, purchase order exceptions, and supply chain performance initiatives to support operational efficiency and cost management.
• Supervise, develop, and support supply chain staff through hiring, training, performance management, coaching, and employee development.
• Manage departmental resources, budgets, staffing, and strategic projects while collaborating with organizational leaders to drive continuous improvement and support BCH operational goals.
• Participate in value analysis, supply chain leadership initiatives, and cross-functional projects focused on quality, service, and financial stewardship.
