Full Job Description
Your role
As a Supply Chain Manager, your mission is to lead the end-to-end flow of materials across the organization, ensuring supplier performance, inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics execution support business growth, operational excellence, and customer commitments. As a member of the Leadership Team, you will report to the General Manager.

You will
  • Lead and develop the Supply Chain organization, providing direction across sourcing, purchasing, materials planning, inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, and supplier development.
  • Drive supplier performance by developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, leading negotiations, and improving quality, delivery, responsiveness, and cost performance.
  • Oversee materials planning, inventory, and warehouse operations to ensure material availability, inventory accuracy, efficient material flow, and support of production schedules.
  • Partner with Production, Engineering, Program Management, Quality, Finance, and divisional stakeholders to align supply chain performance with customer and operational objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on supplier development, inventory optimization, logistics efficiency, cost savings, risk mitigation, and operational excellence.

You have 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including at least 5 years of leadership experience managing sourcing, purchasing, planning, inventory, warehouse, and/or logistics functions.
  • Demonstrated success leading supply chain operations within a low-volume, high-mix, engineered-to-order manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, develop talent, and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
  • Experience managing international suppliers, supplier development initiatives, and global sourcing strategies.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and operational acumen, including experience with ERP/MRP systems, inventory optimization, supplier performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job location
Hybrid
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our production facility in Voorheesville, United States (US). While this position offers hybrid work flexibility, successful performance requires regular onsite engagement. Hybrid scheduling will be supported where business, customer, and operational needs permit.
