Supply Chain Manager - Americas

Location: Johnson Creek, WI

Position Summary

The Supply Chain Manager - Americas is responsible for leading and optimizing all supply chain activities across the region. This includes demand planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and production planning.

This role ensures operational efficiency, high service levels, and cost control while supporting business growth and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Demand and Supply Planning processes for the Americas
  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts in collaboration with commercial teams
  • Analyze sales trends and forecast accuracy to drive continuous improvement
  • Optimize inventory levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
  • Manage procurement activities to ensure cost-effective and timely supply
  • Oversee production planning and scheduling
  • Monitor and improve KPIs (OTTP, inventory levels, supplier performance, lead times)
  • Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and commercial teams
  • Lead and develop direct reports and supply chain personnel
  • Support financial forecasting and budgeting processes
  • Ensure supply chain readiness for new product introductions (NPI)

Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in supply chain, demand forecasting, S&OP, or operations
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, logistics, and forecasting
  • Experience with ERP systems and forecasting tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Preferred
  • Experience with Optimity and IFS systems
  • Portuguese language skills

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This position operates in office, warehouse, and manufacturing environments. Responsibilities may include standing, walking, and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs.). Occasional travel between facilities or supplier locations may be required.
