Schneider Electric USA, Inc. seeks a Supply Chain Industrial Performance Leader in Columbia, MO.

Job Description: Lead the continuous Improvement strategy, both in front-end and core, i.e. from tendering to delivery. Animate the continuous improvement on operational processes (CIOP) in plant based on SPS card selection. Challenge and follow Kaizen events and lead as necessary. Lead the deployment of the smart factory solutions in plant. Act as the point of contact of the IPM and global smart factory leader. Define yearly actions plan to build productivity. Follow productivity action plan and ensure achievement of the DLP target. Report the DLP to support functions by using standard tool and process. Ensure transversal animation to get sustainability of SPS level in the plant (including implementation of actions plans driven by SPS assessment). Ensure the growing skills at all levels in the factory on the principles of manufacturing excellence. Manage the plant Value Stream Mapping (current & future state) and lead the continuous improvement of Product Lead Time by animating transversal actions plan at plant level. Ensure the implementation of the concept of green/red, principles of SPS, architecture lines, SIM, MPH.

Requirements: Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering and 5 years of experience in engineering for industrial mechanical or electrical assembly, or related occupation. Will also accept no degree with 8 years of experience in engineering for industrial mechanical or electrical assembly, or related occupation. Experience must include at least some experience with the following skills: Leading continuous improvement strategy, including Front-end and Core; Animating plant continuous improvement on operational processes (CIOP) based on SPS card selection; Challenging, following, and leading Kaizen events; Deploying smart factory solutions in plant; Defining yearly action plans to improve productivity; Following productivity action plans and ensuring achievement of DLP target; Reporting DLP to support functions; Ensuring transversal animation for SPS level in the plant and implementing action plans; Managing plant Value Stream Mapping (current & future state) and leading the continuous improvement of Product Lead Time; and Implementing green/red, principles of SPS, architecture lines, SIM, and MPH.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 117,600 - USD 176,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
