Full Job Description
This role can sit anywhere in the US as long as it is near an Accenture Corporate Office

You are

Work with clients of a various industries in the areas of product development, electrical/mechanical/software development, integration with manufacturing, and impacts on supply chain.

  • Go deep to get the lay of the land of the industry, product development, impacts on manufacturing, and supply chain challenges that clients are facing to grasp clients' transformation opportunities in the context of global, economic, technology, and industry trends.


  • Apply strong analytical skills to dig deep into clients' R&D and PLM capabilities to identify where clients can leverage Digital Thread & Twin technologies for the greatest strategic impact and to drive business outcomes.


  • Help your team pinpoint the right Digital Thread & Twin strategies, capabilities, and technologies to meet the needs of clients and help draw up practical transformation road maps that position clients for long-term success.


  • Utilize foundational and emerging technology in advanced topics such as environmental and regulatory compliance, product variance, bill of process, sustainability, and product service management.


  • Lead your and the clients' teams through large Digital Thread & Twin transformation journeys


  • Build relationships with clients to maintain Accenture's profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner.


  • Keep deepening your prowess in business and technology strategy to reinforce Accenture's reputation as a thought leader.


The Work:

  • Perform Product Engineering and Manufacturing & Digital Operations. Generate your own plans, manage logistics, and provide internal and external status. Familiar with methodologies such as waterfall and Agile.


  • Work closely with the Accenture team and key stakeholders to understand requirements, owning specifications and design documents, and deploy the applications.


  • Assist in the analysis, design and development of a roadmap and implementation based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint


  • Lead customer workshops and facilitate process and technical discussions.


  • Accountable for quality deliverables such as traceable requirements, process maps, user stories, and functional specifications


  • Lead global functional and technical teams


  • Coach the implementation team with members from internal Accenture and the client


  • Provide Functional system solutions for PLM/ ALM / MES systems.


  • Lead in the functional design and the functional Architecture of the solution.


  • Design and implement application configurations to meet business process and application requirements. Review and approve functional specifications and conduct code walk-through.


  • Gather and analyze data and develop architectural requirements at project level.


  • Act as an advocate of Product Lifecycle Management best practices, methods, and processes.


  • Develop test plans to assure that developed solution satisfies client requirements.


Travel Requirements:

Travel is required for this role and could vary up to 75%

Here's what you need:

PLM Technical Solution Delivery - Dassault 3DExperience:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in delivering PLM technical solutions using Dassault 3DExperience, including solution architecture design, system configuration, and customization to support client-specific engineering and product lifecycle requirements.


Engineering/Manufacturing IT Systems (ERP, PLM, MES, ALM, QMS):

  • 2 years of hands-on experience with Engineering and Manufacturing IT systems, with cross-functional knowledge of ERP, PLM, MES, ALM, and QMS platforms, supporting digital thread initiatives and enterprise integration.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have minimum 6 years' work experience).


Bonus points if:

  • Experience with 3D visualization, AR/VR, IoT, Blockchain, compliance, sustainability


  • Systems Implementation methodology knowledge (Agile Methodology, Waterfall)


  • Good analytical & troubleshooting skills


  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment


  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
