Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, or similar discipline
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 for all degrees
• At least 5 years of experience in Operations and Supply Chain management in high-tech manufacturing
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Proficient in advanced Excel and Power BI
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Design and Manufacturing Engineers, Supply Chain Specialists, and Manufacturing plants to implement product changes
• Create plans to maintain high delivery performance during product modifications
• Manage ERP parameters to reduce risks of material shortages
• Implement operational mechanisms for efficient materials transition
• Analyze product costs including materials, labor, transport, and tariffs
• Ensure accuracy of Bills of Material and product rules
• Propose and execute improvements in supply chain for existing products
• Collaborate with Corporate Operations teams on process improvement initiatives
