Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Development Manager supports the end-to-end Supply Chain, working on a broad range of projects to develop new capabilities, optimize and codify standard processes, and create new frameworks to scale the organization globally. This requires work with a variety of teams across the company to generate creative solutions to complex business problems and deliver meaningful impact. This role will also be critical in leading change management to support transformation in a center-led organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Creates strategic roadmaps that link supply chain initiatives to the vision.
  • Partners with executive team to craft and implement a center-led supply chain organizational structure to enable standardization of global processes and systems.
  • Identifies and directs a portfolio of cross-functional, global initiatives to deliver extraordinary customer experiences, drive efficiency, cultivate talent, enhance collaboration, and instill consistent, disciplined program management.
  • Leads and coaches multiple projects to ensure successful outcomes of project deliverables.
  • Administers reviews to monitor progress of key initiatives against expected milestones.
  • Defines and communicates supply chain metrics that have direct influence on key corporate performance goals; benchmarks these metrics against external best practices.
  • Prepares regular communications of Supply Chain performance and initiatives to business partners and stakeholders.
  • Stays abreast of business situations and market trends to identify opportunities to drive competitive advantage.
  • Provides leadership and direction through Directors, Senior Managers and Managers.
  • Guides resources and policy formation. 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned. 

Requirements:

  • 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers.
  • Thorough understanding of company products and logistics.
  • Looks beyond existing methodologies and own discipline to define and resolve complex problems.
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-changing business and/or regulatory environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
