Full Job Description
Schneider Electric has a great opportunity for a Flow Controller in The Lincoln, NE location.

As a Flow Controller at Schneider Electric, you will be responsible for overseeing the flow of materials and information throughout the production process. Your role will involve coordinating and optimizing the flow of resources to ensure efficient operations and meet production targets. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that production schedules are met and that quality standards are maintained.

What do you get to do in this position?
  • Ensure continuous needs/resources balance (MRP, .. ) for raw material, components, and sub-assemblies.
  • Manage supplier contacts, networks and customer workflows
  • Record Purchase Order Acknowledgement, Advance Shipping Notification in ERP and manage invoice discrepancy if any.
  • Ensure stock is available by analyzing and taking actions to keep the backorder lines, pre-shortage/shortage stock coverage and stock health under control.
  • Manage the replenishment backlog including creation and rescheduling of purchase orders
  • Coordinate Open Purchase Order Management and/or Order scheduling.
  • Manage the upstream backorder portfolio (UBOL), component shortages and take actions to insure the availability of components
  • Daily action regarding MRP messages (SAP example: MD07) and escalate when repeatable issues
  • Actively participate to SIM cycle 2
  • Support stock discrepancies analysis and support adjustments. (Not counting,...)

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 86,400 - USD 129,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
