Job Title:Supply Chain Manager V
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, industrial engineering, or business, with 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar planning or supply chain execution role.
- Direct supply chain planning experience, with hands-on tactical and operational work including purchase order (PO) execution, shipment tracking, ex-factory, and commit support.
- Demonstrated ability to balance supply and demand across multiple programs simultaneously.
- Systems experience with o9 and Oracle Fusion, with an understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), planning, order management, allocation, and fulfillment.
- Dashboard and ad hoc reporting experience; Business Intelligence (BI) tools is a plus.
- Experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and incorporating them into analysis and reporting workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting and discrepancy-resolution abilities.
- Process-driven and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and maintain quality under shifting priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to see tasks through to completion.
- Independent self-starter who can operate effectively with minimal direction.
Preferred Qualifications:- Consumer electronics industry experience, ideally with Augmented Reality (AR) / Virtual Reality (VR) products.
- Experience coordinating with contract manufacturers (CMs) and third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses.
Key Responsibilities:- Balance supply against demand across programs and channels; update total supply allocation daily based on inbound freight actuals and the supply projection model.
- Execute weekly purchase order (PO) releases and troubleshoot order and commit issues in a timely manner.
- Support the ex-factory and supply commit processes with contract manufacturing sites.
- Review inbound freight to confirm receipt of supply at each distribution center (DC); track shipments end-to-end and drive resolution of discrepancies.
- Upload allocation information and factory commits into Oracle Fusion on a scheduled basis.
- Support the weekly tactical Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process by preparing data and inputs for cross-functional teams.
- Help create and maintain inventory plans for finished goods across regional distribution centers (DCs).
- Build and maintain dashboards and ad hoc reporting; track supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the portfolio.
- Identify supply issues and support communication, escalation, and coordination of resolutions.
- Build strong working relationships with cross-functional (XFN) partners, including supply planners, freight, procurement, customer experience, and contract manufacturing teams.
- Document and help streamline existing processes.
Location: Sunnyvale, CA [5 Days onsite]
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $74,800 - $1,24,800 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
