Supply Base Management Specialist
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Supply Base Management Specialist (Level 4 or 5) to join the Fabrication Program Integration team in Everett, Washington.
The 777 Fabrication Program Integration team serves as the single point of contact integrating program priorities with each of the Fabrication Major Business Units. The identified candidate will develop positive relationships with suppliers, customers, internal stakeholders, and peers, and have the ability to gain rapport and engage with internal and external executives.
Position Responsibilities:
Acts as Liaison to Fabrication MBUs team to communicate and advocate for Program needs and initiatives and communicates on behalf of leadership.
Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key performance indicators.
Supports the coordination and analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to ensure alignment between Fabrication and Program priorities.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners.
Researches and evaluates organizational issues, identify options and recommend solutions.
Assists in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies, and processes to meet business goals.
Identifies risk and opportunity and develops mitigation planning.
Creates and manages databases, share points, and web reports.
Collects, organizes, and provides data according to established processes within the management system to maintain the status of programs, customer and supplier commitments, and compliance.
Ensures follow-up action for issue resolution.
Meets with leadership to gain approval and share project status.
Lead Root Cause/Corrective Action initiatives to improve systemic issues.
Provides coaching and guidance to less experienced personnel.
This position is expected to be 100% on-site. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
7+ years of experience performing in a supplier management, procurement, strategy, program management, business operations, and/or change management role.
7+ years of experience with developing presentations for and presenting to executive leadership
7+ years of experience with hypothesis-driven approaches and strategy development, particularly with identifying customer value propositions
7+ years of experience interacting with customers (both internal and external), at all levels, on a one-on-one basis and in group settings
7+ years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services
7+ years of experience successfully managing projects
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 5: 10+ years of experience performing in a supplier management, procurement, strategy, program management, business operations, and/or change management role.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
10+ years experience implementing process or strategy improvements and an applied understanding of Lean practices.
10+ years experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Summary pay range (Level 4): $130,050 - $159,900
