Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (industrial, mechanical, electrical, electronic) or equivalent experience.
  • 3-7 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing/industrial sector.
  • Strong expertise in quality methodologies like FMEA and RCA.
  • Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or quality management training is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate potential suppliers' capabilities including quality history and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality specifications and performance criteria.
  • Conduct regular on-site audits and analyze manufacturing processes for performance indicators.
  • Partner with suppliers to resolve critical quality incidents and implement corrective actions.
  • Train and support suppliers in implementing the quality management system of Distech Controls.

En tant que Spécialiste de la qualité fournisseurs, vous jouez un rôle clé dans l'assurance de la qualité des produits ou services fournis par nos fournisseurs. Vous contribuez à garantir que les produits répondent aux normes de qualité, ce qui a un impact positif sur la satisfaction des clients et la réputation de l'entreprise.

Tâches et responsabilités principales (fonctions essentielles)

  • Sélection & Qualification : Évaluer les capacités des fournisseurs potentiels (historique qualité, certifications, capabilité technique, conformité réglementaire).
  • Définition des critères : Collaborer avec les Achats, la R&D et la Production pour établir les spécifications techniques, les normes de qualité et les exigences de performance.
  • Audits & Surveillance : Réaliser des audits réguliers sur site (production de série), analyser les processus de fabrication, suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPI) et piloter les plans d'amélioration.
  • Gestion des non-conformités : Travailler en partenariat avec les fournisseurs pour résoudre les incidents qualité majeurs, identifier les causes profondes et valider les actions correctives pour éviter les récurrences.
  • Amélioration continue & Support : Déployer, former et soutenir les fournisseurs sur le système de gestion de la qualité de Distech Contrôles et les concepts qualité en usine.

Interactions clés :
  • Internes : Production, R&D, Product Management, Customer Care, Amélioration Continue, Opérations.
  • Externes : Fournisseurs mondiaux.

Compétences & Mots-clés (ATS) :
  • Expertise Qualité : AMDEC (FMEA), analyse des causes profondes (RCA), méthodologies de résolution de problèmes.
  • Soft Skills : Leadership, esprit méthodique, excellente communication transversale, adaptabilité aux environnements changeants.
  • Mobilité : Capacité à voyager jusqu'à 50% du temps (Amérique du Nord, Europe, Asie). Permis de conduire valide.
  • Langues : Bilinguisme parfait Français / Anglais (oral et écrit).

Formation & Expérience requises :
  • Éducation : Baccalauréat en génie (industriel, mécanique, électrique, électronique) ou expérience équivalente.
  • Expérience : 3 à 7 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire (secteur manufacturier/industriel).
  • Atouts majeurs : Certification Lean Six Sigma, certification d'auditeur (interne ou externe), formation en gestion de l'assurance qualité.
