͏͏Title: Supplier Quality EngineerJob Description:- BS degree in electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering or equivalent through experience
- 3- 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience in Compute system/ Server/Consumer Electronics /Hardware manufacturing.
- Working experience with Contract Manufacturers (CM) and PDP build phases.
- Experience with manufacturing Quality audits, Quality KPIs management.
- 5+ years of experience with problem solving methodologies (Ishikawa, FMEA, SCAR, 5 Why, 8D, Pareto, MIL...) and Root Cause Failure Analysis, Fault Isolation of complex hardware systems
- Experience with ESD standards (ANSI S20.20), ISO9001 certification, Quality Management System process compliance.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration on defining quality SOPs, PCNs, Work Instructions etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations and engineering), representing the Quality function.
- ASQ CQE certification, Six Sigma preferred.
- Basic Project Management skills required.
- Proficiency with Office tools and common data analysis tools (JMP, R, Excel,...).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English); ability to concisely report to cross-functional team and management.
Understand TS1 to MP (Proto to Mass production understanding the flow)
SCAR and 5Why Structure problem solving
Able to Present data in a PPT
Mandatory Skills: VLSI Board Design.
Experience: 3-5 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $121,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
