The Supplier Quality Engineer/Convergence Leader's job responsibilities include but not limited to: • Work cross functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Purchasing to ensure incoming part quality from the supply base is fluid • Drive change within both Plant Manufacturing and Component Suppliers to resolve component related issues • Ensure component supplier processes are robust and capable while enforcing clean points and permanent corrective actions • Support warranty reduction initiatives through Obeya and Supplier Obeya initiatives • Develop and present status updates and articulate open issues to senior leadership • Drive supplier commitment and challenge action plans associated to quality for supplier manufacturing related issues • Drive containment, root cause, and permanent corrective actions for Supplier Quality manufacturing issues identified at Stellantis's Vehicle Assembly Plant Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor of Science or master's degree in engineering from an accredited university • A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks • Proficient in data analysis and data management using Microsoft Office Suite Software • Strong interest in automotive industry. • Effective written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team. • Previous Internship/Co-Op experience and/or previous manufacturing, design, or engineering work experience Preferred Qualifications: • Creative problem-solving ability and a results orientation • Comfortable with complex technical analysis • Respected team leader or team member • Ability to travel within the NA region
