LEVEL IKey Responsibilities:- Monitor Supplier Performance: Evaluates supplier quality metrics and conducts regular assessments to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Resolve Quality Issues: Identifies root causes of supplier related quality problems and implements effective corrective actions.
- Enhance Quality Processes: Collaborates with suppliers to develop and improve quality control procedures that meet customer and company requirements.
- Maintain Quality Documentation: Prepares and manages detailed reports and records related to supplier quality performance and compliance.
- Facilitate Cross Functional Communication: Works with internal teams such as procurement and engineering to align on quality standards and address supplier concerns.
