Supplier Quality EngineerAs a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will plan and execute the Quality Assurance activities involving technical oversight and the evaluation of products and processes. You will establish and sustain on-going, long-term improvements in process performance by evaluation operations and products for compliance. You will work closely with Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Program Management and other business areas to drive continuous improvement in Product Quality and On-Time Delivery. You will implement procedures and processes to comply with contractual specifications, lead Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions and ensure that internal reporting and documentation is completed on time and per the company standards.
This role is fully on-site at the Aston, PA facility.
Location: Aston, PASalary: $100,000 to $105,000

Your Challenges:- Develop, implement, and monitor QMS aligned with ISO 9001, FAR/DFAR or other industry standards, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.
- Conduct internal audits, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Investigate product or process defects, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to reduce internal defects.
- Maintain Field investigation database, report and own the database updates with accurate records of quality inspections, audits, and process changes; prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies.
- Provide guidance and training to operators relating to field actions/customer complaints.
- Represent quality during product validation plans, testing (FAT's).
What You Bring:- Bachelor of Science Engineering Degree (or Technical Equivalent) with 3-5 years' experience in Quality Assurance, Process Improvement functions with demonstrated results or Certified Quality Engineer with minimum 3-5 years' experience in Quality Assurance with demonstrated results in Corrective Action, Inspection, Customer/Supplier Communication and Auditing.
- Possess a strong working knowledge and aptitude of quality and material requirements including (but not limited to) First Article Inspections (FAI), Material Certifications, Shelf Life, AWS Welding/Brazing, Specialty Metals, Non-destructive testing (MPT, LPT, RT, VT, and UT), and Special Processes (plating, coating, passivation, heat treatment).
- Ability to interpret and inspect drawings with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Well versed in ISO 9001, AS 9100, Military/US Navy Quality standards, and all applicable FAR/DFAR material requirements.
- Proficient in PC-based programs such as MS Work, Excel and Project.
- Highly organized and very detail oriented. Capable of multi-tasking and maintaining accurate records.
