Supplier Program ManagerPosition OverviewResponsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
ResponsibilitiesThis position is on site in Manassas, VA but has a high level of business travel. This is not a manager of people this position serves as primary point of contact for supplier(s). Conducts oversight and management of strategies, performance and development of large-scale products and services. Manages technical, business, product delivery, quality and in-service aspects of supplier/subcontractor relationships and performance. Establishes operating plan to monitor performance to plan. Identifies and manages all aspects of supplier, statement of work, RAA, contractual commitments and performance to support company procurement strategies and contractual compliance and establishes operating plan. Provides technical and business guidance to integrate strategic supply chain activities. Leads stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phases. Conducts and guides supplier assessments. Develops current and projected work statement. Leads and establishes the basis for recovery, corrective and preventative action plans. Communicates supplier and organization performance plans risks, issues and opportunities to stakeholders. Develops and executes work movement plans.
Minimum Requirements- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent
combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work experience, 18 years' related work experience, etc.).
- Able to multi-task on various projects while maintaining accuracy of data.
- Must be highly flexible and adjust to rapidly changing priorities.
- Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
- Basic math computations.
- Read specifications and blueprints.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Access).
- Must be a US Person.
Preferred Requirements- Basic knowledge of standard engineering concepts, practices, and procedures within an aerospace environment is highly preferred.
Physical Requirements- Must be able to travel to various domestic 3rd party and/or Boeing/Aurora sites (25-30%).
Salary Range (Annualized USD)- Minimum Range: $124,000.00 to $222,000.00
- Maximum Range: $143,000.00 to $254,000.00
