Job Summary

Supplier Manager (multiple openings)

The position is located at 801 Kingsley St., Winsted, MN 55395.

Telecommuting permitted 2 days per week.

25% domestic travel, potential for international travel.

Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

As a Supplier Manager, you will:

Oversee Tetra Pak suppliers and internal stakeholders, locally in the United States and globally across all of Tetra Pak Processing Systems. Responsible for several Tetra Pak suppliers and projects and take part in Global Purchasing Categories for a number of Tetra Pak suppliers and projects. Represent Supplier Management in cross-functional projects and activities where supplier management is needed. Responsible for sourcing activities and delivering components for Tetra Pak site production and projects that are delivered to our customers. Execute the supplier strategy in line with Tetra Pak's standard policies and procedures. Drive supplier assessment, validation, and selection. Lead and manage the contracting and negotiation activities with suppliers. Manage the overall relationship of the supplier base and leverage these relationships to deliver. Execute ongoing analysis of costs/spending.

We believe you have

Bachelors' degree in Business, Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Engineering Management), or a related field, and 5 years of experience in procurement/supply chain.

Must have work experience in:
  • End to End Procurement Lifecycle;
  • Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) including supplier collaboration, performance tracking, spend analysis and negotiation history using SAP Ariba;
  • Participating in contract negotiation and management using SAP Ariba, Power BI, and Docusign;
  • Category or Strategic Sourcing;
  • Presenting business status/changes/updates cross-functionally using PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and Webex; and
  • Using ERP System SAP.

Pay Equity

Tetra Pak provides the following compensation range that in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
Ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is defined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. The estimate displayed is just one component of Tetra Pak's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include overtime, annual performance bonus, competitive benefits, and work-related allowances.

  • Annual Base Salary Range (ABS): $119,163.00 to $144,000.00.

  • Short-term Incentive/Bonus (Variable Pay): Eligible to performance incentive of 10% of ABS.
