Supplier Compliance Lead

TerraPower is hiring a Supplier Compliance Lead to ensure all suppliers meet their contractual obligations, budgets, and schedules. You will be the primary person responsible for contract compliance and internal supply chain compliance across the Natrium program.

This role will report to the Supply Chain Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and enforce supplier compliance with all contract terms, deliverables, and quality requirements.
  • Track supplier performance against approved budgets and schedules.
  • Conduct regular compliance reviews and audits of supplier documentation and performance.
  • Manage contract change control and ensure all modifications are properly approved and documented.
  • Maintain compliance reporting for both internal supply chain team and leadership.
  • Analyze supplier cost, schedule, and reporting data to identify systemic issues and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain supplier compliance procedures, frameworks and tools for open action tracking systems.
  • Identify compliance risks and work with legal, quality, and project teams to resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain supplier compliance procedures and tools.
  • Support internal supply chain compliance with budgets, headcount, and process standards.

Key Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's (supply chain, business or engineering) degree required.
  • 7+ years in supply chain, contract management, or compliance.
  • 5+ years of experience managing or integrating supplier cost, schedule, and reporting on complex programs.
  • Strong experience managing supplier contracts and compliance in regulated industries.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Power BI), Atlassian Confluence and MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Project).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple compliance streams.
  • Prior nuclear, U. S. government, aerospace, or energy project experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job details

Salary Range: $138,685 - $208,027

* We typically place offers in the lower to middle portion of the range to maintain internal equity and allow room for growth. Any salary offered within the posted salary band is based on market data and commensurate with the selected individual's qualifications experience. This range is specific to Washington State.
