- Exercise technical and administrative supervision over civilian professional, technical, and administrative positions.
- Oversee the USACE real estate leasing program for highly secure and classified facilities.

- This position requires that the incumbent possess or obtain and maintain a valid state Driver's License in one of the 50 U.S. states or possessions to operate vehicles.
- Travel in excess of 40% can be anticipated, including OCONUS. Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a valid passport.
- It should be expected that this position may require immunizations dependent on specific travel destinations and as prescribed at time of travel for those destinations.
- The position requires the incumbent to obtain and maintain a Real Estate Contracting Officer Warrant no later than 24 months after employment.
- This position is designated Tier 5, Special Sensitive, High Risk and the incumbent is required to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Security Clearance Level with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access as a condition of employment.
- In addition to security clearance requirement, the individual must be able to meet Intelligence Community requirements for access to secure space and equipment.
- Individual must be able to pass a polygraph test or a series of polygraph tests and continue to pass the polygraph test on a periodic basis.
- This position requires participation in the Department of Army Drug-Free Federal Workplace Program to include passing a urinalysis drug testing prior to appointment and passing random urinalysis drug testing after appointment.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service which includes 1) Executing real estate acquisition and management requirements for stakeholders; 2) Applying relevant laws, regulations or policies to execute real estate actions; 3) Conducting complex real estate negotiations, such as leases, licenses, easements or permits. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).
