The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for a Full-Time SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST (NH-0343-03) to work at Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) in the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC) at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Directs work activities through subordinates with responsibility for maintaining a current knowledge and guiding subordinate employees to provide advice, accountability, and expertise on a continuous basis. Serves as the Complex Home Office for the functional responsibilities of production support related to depot planning, scheduling and material. Responsible for the development of policy/procedures and oversight of workforce development initiatives associated with planners, schedulers and material professionals to include career broadening and mentorship programs. Serves as the complex focal point for standardization of IT systems related to depot maintenance planning/scheduling/material support. The Production Support section within the Air Logistics Complex serves as the OPR for policy, procedures and guidelines. Acts as the complex home office for the functional responsibilities of production support related to depot planning, scheduling and material. Responsible for the development of policy/procedures and oversight of workforce development initiatives associated with planners, schedulers and material professionals to include career broadening and mentor-ship programs. Serves as the complex focal point for standardization of IT systems related to depot maintenance planning/scheduling/material support as well as providing audit and inspection support for all production support functions. Requirements: - U.S. Citizenship - Obtain & maintain a Security clearance Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1. Mastery knowledge of the applicable principles, concepts, policies, and laws; functions, programs, and systems applicable to the duties of position; sources, responsibilities, and means for providing assistance and advice to resolve problems; and all aspects of support. 2. Extensive knowledge of safety, security, personnel management, and EEO regulations, practices, and procedures. 3. Extensive knowledge of principles and practices of team building, developing interpersonal relationships, maintaining good working relationships, and leading members as a cooperative team. 4. Ability to plan, organize, and direct, mentor, motivate and appraise the staff of a small to medium (or large) sized organization. 6. Ability to identify, analyze, and translate complex information, make appropriate judgments, and evaluate options. 7. Ability to analyze, plan, and adjust work operations of one or more organizational segments to meet program requirements and objectives within available resources. 8. Ability to utilize AoP concepts and initiatives to plan, organize, and direct the functions and staff of an organization. Additional Position Requirements: 1.
