The primary purpose of this position is to provide management and operational support for information systems used in support of Depot Maintenance, Global Supply Chain Management and Life Cycle Management missions at the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex. Provides requirements management, program management, requirements consolidation, testing, integration, configuration management, quality assurance, implementation planning, systems/functional process reviews, information assurance/security, FISMA/DIACAP program management and customer support for AFMC Command level systems and local site-unique mission critical applications. Provides software development lifecycle support for 148 applications with over 9.5 million lines of source code along with Oracle and MS-SQL database management activities for 185 database servers supporting 562 database instances with over 1.12 million database objects. Provides IBM (Cognos) Business Intelligence Support for 6 dedicated Cognos servers supporting approximately 385 Cognos reports for Depot Maintenance and Supply Chain Management customers.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA):
1. Knowledge of the applicable logistics management principles, concepts, policies, and laws; logistics functions, programs, and systems applicable to the duties of position; sources, responsibilities, and means for providing assistance and advice to resolve logistics problems; and all aspects of life cycle integrated logistics support.
2. Knowledge of safety, security, personnel management, and EEO regulations, practices, and procedures.
3. Ability to plan, organize, and direct the functions and mentor, motivate, and appraise the staff of an
organization through subordinate supervisors.
4. Ability to identify, analyze, and translate complex information, make appropriate judgments, and evaluate options.
5. Ability to analyze, plan, and adjust work operations of one or more organizational segments to meet program requirements and objectives within available resources.
