The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for a Full-Time SUPERVISORY PRODUCTION CONTROLLER, NJ-1152-04, to work at the Air Force Materiel Command, (AFMC) in the Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) in the Ogden Air Logistics Complex (OO-ALC) with 309 AMXG at HILL AIR FORCE BASE located in LAYTON, UT. This position will be used to fill multiple shifts (day, swing and grave). 2026 Salary Range: ($89,508-$138,370) / Yearly with locality Job Open Date: 09/01/2026 Job Close Date: 09/10/2026 Who May Apply: All U.S. Citizens The primary purpose of this position is to exercise second level supervisory and position management responsibilities over subordinate, employees within OO-ALC. Directs work activities through subordinates with responsibility for maintaining a current knowledge and guiding subordinate employees to provide advice, accountability, and expertise on a continuous basis. Exercises managerial authorities. Qualifications: - U.S. Citizenship - Obtain & maintain Security clearance - This may be a designated Drug Testing Position - Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical (if applicable) - The employee may be required to work extended or other than normal duty hours to include overtime, and/or days, swings, or owl shifts. - The employee may be required to work during base exercises, contingencies or emergency situations. - The employee may occasionally travel away from the normal duty station on military or commercial aircraft IAW Joint Travel Regulations to other government installations, contractor facilities, or other commercial Locations for both training and mission accomplishment. Mastery knowledge of the applicable principles, concepts, policies, and laws; functions, programs, and systems applicable to the duties of position; sources, responsibilities, and means for providing assistance and advice to resolve problems; and all aspects of support. 2. Ability to plan, organize, and direct, mentor, motivate and appraise the staff of a medium to large sized organization. 3. Extensive knowledge of safety, security, personnel management, and EEO regulations, practices, and procedures. 4. Extensive knowledge of principles and practices of team building, developing interpersonal relationships, maintaining good working relationships, and leading members as a cooperative team. 5. Ability to plan, organize, and direct the functions and mentor, motivate, and appraise the staff of an organization through subordinate supervisors. 6. Ability to utilize AoP concepts and initiatives to plan, organize, and direct the functions and staff of an organization.
