Summary

In this position you will serve as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst (Operations Manager) providing expert leadership, management and oversight for Web-Based Supply Chain Management (WBSCM) operational activities.

Duties

  • The duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Lead business Subject Matter Experts (SME's) for Web-Based Supply Chain Management Project and Technical Management activities.
  • Serve as the WBSCM Program liaison for business operations management activities and is a key interface to IT and the contractor.
  • Share with the director the formulation and implementation of Web-Based Supply Chain Management policies and programs.
  • Apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and capabilities present in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) business solutions
  • Build and maintain coalitions among multiple agencies and department officials, and interface effectively with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary advisor to the Division Director on information management and knowledge management issues.
  • Actively engage with Information Technologies (IT) in working through new processes and requirements as a result of new business processes, changes in business requirements, and/or by legislation.
  • Serve as the Web-Based Supply Chain Management Program liaison for business operations management activities and is a key interface to Information Technology and the contractor.
  • Share in the management of WBSCM along with the Director to include overseeing the planning, budgeting, and fiscal management of the investment.

Qualifications

Applicants must meet all qualifications and eligibility requirements by the closing date of the announcement, including specialized experience and/or education, as defined below.

FOR THE GS-14 LEVEL: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-13 grade level) that demonstrates:

  • Developing Business, functional, technical and performance requirements and analysis in an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environment using SAP (Systems Applications and Products).
  • Deploying, supporting, and enhancing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) SAP projects and SAP business solutions; functional knowledge of and experience with ERP SAP supply chain application capabilities.
  • Managing systems and applying Artificial Intelligence (Al) concepts and capabilities to support integrated business processes, including machine learning, advanced analytics, forecasting, predictive analytics, and task automations.
  • Leading application change control and release management processes, providing input to release planning and release content to meet business needs.
  • Managing a team, ensuring a wide range of tasks are planned, assigned, and completed, ensuring efficient operations.


Note: There is no education substitution for this grade level.
