Full Job Description
The Impact You Will Have:

As a Supervisor, Talent Acquisition you will support the execution of targeted recruitment strategies that enable continued business growth. We are seeking a collaborative and driven individual who is passionate about developing recruiters, delivering strong hiring outcomes, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience. This role plays a critical part in translating strategy into execution while maintaining operational excellence across the recruiting function.

What You Will Do:

  • Supervise day-to-day recruiting activities, ensuring timely and effective execution of hiring plans aligned to business priorities
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to support talent acquisition strategies and deliver strong, diverse candidate pipelines
  • Coach, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, providing ongoing feedback, guidance, and support to drive performance and consistency
  • Serve as a "player-coach" by managing an individual requisition load, while adhering to processes, and setting the standard for excellence.
  • Monitor and report on recruiting metrics (e.g., time to fill, time to offer, pipeline health) to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, OFCCP/EEOC guidelines, pay transparency and recruiting best practices across all hiring activities
  • Support the implementation and adoption of recruiting processes, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to execute recruitment marketing initiatives aligned with the QTS Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support hiring needs
  • Provide guidance on sourcing strategies and help expand and diversify talent pipelines through various channels
  • Support vendor and agency management by ensuring proper usage aligned with company processes and performance expectations
  • Act as an escalation point for recruiter or hiring manager challenges and help remove obstacles to ensure successful hiring outcomes
  • Represent QTS employment brand through professional interactions with candidates and external networks


What You Need to be Successful:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Ten or more years of related work experience • Seven or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • One or more years of team lead, project/program management, mentorship, or supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment techniques
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and CRM tools (e.g., Phenom or similar platforms)
