A Typical Day
As a BCBA Clinical Supervisor, a typical day might include the following:
  • Conducting vital initial and ongoing training for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Pre-Doc Interns on the unit.
  • Providing direct clinical supervision over the creation and deployment of individual assessment and behavioral treatment protocols.
  • Supporting daily administration needs including managing staff schedules, patient templates, and key human resources tasks.
  • Assisting care teams directly with complex pediatric patient assessments and active behavioral treatments.
  • Implementing, monitoring, and recording ongoing research activities in accordance with clinical faculty guidelines.
  • Ensuring the unit is in strict compliance with all applicable healthcare policies, laws, and organizational regulations.

To Be Considered
  • Must hold a completed Master's degree within three (3) months of your start date.
  • Must possess an active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within six (6) months of hire.
  • Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
  • Preference is given to individuals with prior experience supervising clinical work with children with feeding disorders, autism, or related neurodevelopmental disorders in an instructional or therapeutic setting.
