The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

As a BCBA Supervisor, a typical day might include the following:
  • Clinical Supervision: Coordinating and directing patient intake assessments, consent paperwork, and discharge activities alongside clinical faculty.
  • Applied Behavior Analysis: Designing, refining, and monitoring the fidelity of complex skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction protocols (e.g., extinction protocols, self-feeding development, and functional communication training).
  • Technical Quality Control: Reviewing and editing initial drafts of data-collection sheets, session materials, and clinical progress notes to perform deep analysis of findings.
  • Administrative Leadership: Interviewing, hiring, training, and conducting annual evaluations for Paraprofessional Technicians and pre-doctoral interns.
  • Caregiver Empowerment: Leading and conducting specialized training for parents, caregivers, and school personnel to facilitate behavioral health milestones.
  • Interdisciplinary Engagement: Participating in and supervising administrative planning, peer-review conferences, and specialized facility tours.
  • Research & Development: Coordinating ongoing research activities, including building IRB protocols, tracking interobserver agreement, and developing presentations for national conferences.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:
  • Education: Minimum of a Master's degree from an accredited institution (or expected completion within three (3) months of start date) in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a closely related field.
  • Certification: Active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB (or ability to obtain certification within six (6) months of hire).
  • Licensure: Active state licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the State of New Jersey (or ability to obtain licensure within six (6) months of hire).
  • Life Support: Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Experience Footprint: Prior experience in an educational, instructional, or therapeutic setting supervising work with children with feeding disorders, autism, or related neurodevelopmental disorders is highly preferred.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to frequently move, stand, sit, and independently lift or transfer up to fifty (50) pounds, as well as safely assist with weights exceeding one-hundred (100) pounds using core stamina.
  • Environmental Resilience: Comfort and competency working directly within clinical environments where pediatric patients may engage in high-acuity challenging behaviors (e.g., aggression, self-injury, property destruction, or expulsion).
