- Provides day-to-day oversight of the unit/department assigned.
- Provides leadership, guidance, counseling, and continuing education to staff.
- Strong safety culture and continued work to maintain process improvement to mitigate unnecessary errors.
- Serves as subject matter expert on linear accelerator may treat on linear accelerator and/or perform CT simulations.
- Average daily patient count around 20-40. Varian True Beam technology with ExacTrac. CT Sim on site.
- On Call may be required
Minimum Qualifications for this Role: - Education: Bachelors' degree or Associates' degree with 2 additional years of experience.
- Licenses/Certifications:
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Provider certification.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiation Therapy
