Annual Salary Range:$100,000.00-$112,782.28 Your Specific Responsibilities:Supervise a staff of financial analysts in developing program plan alternatives, funding levels, and program performance measures and the development of the Department's program planning process, Program and Resource Plans, and analysis of the Department's Work Program.
Supervise staff in the development and publication of program level targets (Schedule B) which are established to assist offices as they build their work program to accomplish the Department's mission and management directives. Report on compliance toward achievement of the established program level targets.
Assist in the development of state fund allocations and commitment levels for Department programs consistent with available financing.
Develop and publish evaluations, status reports and information concerning the Program and Resource Plan, use of state and federal funds, and program targets.
Analyze short and long range finance and program trends to accomplish the Department's mission.
Develop financial and program related presentations for management use.
Coordinate Program Plan interface with financial planning and control models.
The Successful Candidate will have the following required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Knowledge of:- Methods of data collection
