Job Title: Supervisor, Product Management

Compensation: $118,000 - $135,000
About this position:We're looking for a Product Management Supervisor to join our ACG(ODM/Server) product team in our new North American Headquarters in Tustin, CA. You'll manage and mentor a group of Product Managers, set the direction for a portfolio of embedded computing/server related programs, and make sure every project moves from concept to launch on time and to spec. It's a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the product development and product marketing and wants to build a stronger PM team.
Responsibilities:- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Product Managers, including setting development goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing ongoing feedback
- Establish product management best practices for the team, including NPI processes, requirements, and documentation standards
- Translate customer and market needs into product specifications, roadmap priorities, business cases, and actionable development plans.
- Monitor market and competitive trends in embedded/server computing and identify growth opportunities and guide product strategy.
- Partner with senior leadership to define ODM (Server/embedded computing related) product strategy, and guide the team in building product and technology roadmaps aligned with global product teams
- Provide direction on feature prioritization, resource allocation, and portfolio management to support growth and maximize product value
- Oversee end-to-end product development (NPI) from concept through launch, ensuring projects meet quality standards and timelines
- Own product cost, pricing, margin, and commercial terms; evaluate NRE, recurring cost, tooling, logistics, warranty, and risk to support profitable business decisions.
- Review and provide feedback on product requirements, technical specifications, and documentation produced by the team
- Monitor progress across the portfolio, identify risks, and resolve escalations to prevent delays
- Drive alignment with engineering, operations, manufacturing, marketing, and sales on goals, priorities, and timelines
- Serve as the primary liaison between the product management team and senior leadership, delivering regular updates on status, key metrics, and challenges
- Guide market research on customer needs, trends, and competitive dynamics to inform product vision and strategy
Required Qualifications:- 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role in the technology or embedded computing or server sector
- 7+ years of experience managing manufacturing partners across multiple geographic regions and time zones, with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, coordinate cross-functional execution, resolve issues, and ensure quality, schedule, cost, and delivery targets are achieved.
- Experience leading, mentoring, or supervising Product Managers or cross-functional project teams
- Proven track record launching and managing hardware products from concept through delivery
- In-depth knowledge of product planning, market analysis, and roadmap development in technology or embedded computing or server sector
- Experience working within Agile development environments and using project management tools
- Experience translating data and market insights into product and business decisions
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree a plus
- Experience in ODM, OEM, or JDM product environments
- Experience with embedded computing, server computing, or related hardware technologies
