Job Summary
Directs the day to day plant operations; supervises all engineers; delegates work orders; schedules staff; makes decision on outsourcing in collaboration with Manager and Director.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to read schematics or other enginerring/maintenance background is preferred. Must be able to understand basic mechanicals, electrical, plumbing and HVAC. Must be able to read and write English. Must be able to safely handle power equipment.
Minimum Experience Requirement:
Five years in facility maintenance required. Two years supervisory experience is preferred. Hospital experience is required. Excellent customer service skills required.
Minimum License Requirement:
Current California State Drivers license. Certificate in specialty field preferred. Stationary Engineer license preferred.
Pay Range:
$36.32 - $53.39
