Full Job Description
Vancouver Clinic is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor for our 87th Avenue location. This role provides day-to-day leadership for phlebotomy staff and oversees blood collection, lab reception and scheduling, specimen processing, and specimen transport. The supervisor will support hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, supply oversight, and student coordination while fostering an efficient, respectful, and patient-focused work environment.

Location: 87th Ave (700 NE 87th Ave - Vancouver, WA 98664)

Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm

Hiring range generally between $34.42/hour to $42.66/hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.

Requirements:

Pay Range:
$33.74 - $50.61
