Full Job Description
THE ROLE

We are looking for a Supervisor, Paid Social to join our One Marketplace team and lead paid social strategy and activation for key national clients. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, client leadership, and team development, with the opportunity to shape how we approach paid social across platforms and clients.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on paid social expert who understands how to translate business and brand objectives into effective social strategies, is comfortable navigating the rapidly evolving social landscape, and enjoys developing people along the way. You are curious, solutions-oriented, and eager to bring new ideas, platforms, tools, and opportunities to the work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute paid social strategies that align with client business, brand, and performance objectives.
  • Translate client business and brand objectives into strategic, actionable paid social strategies and activation plans.
  • Lead day-to-day paid social operations across assigned clients, ensuring campaigns are strategically sound, effectively executed, and continuously optimized.
  • Work directly with clients and internal partners to understand objectives, communicate recommendations, and provide clear, actionable insights.
  • Manage campaign activation and optimization across social platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, X, and other emerging platforms as appropriate.
  • Maintain hands-on platform expertise and stay current with evolving social capabilities, formats, targeting, measurement, and best practices.
  • Analyze campaign performance and use data and insights to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and improve outcomes.
  • Develop POVs, recommendations, and thought leadership that bring new ideas and perspectives to clients and the broader team.
  • Partner closely with planning, investment, analytics, creative, and other agency teams to ensure paid social is integrated into the broader media strategy.
  • Help establish and maintain best practices for paid social strategy, activation, measurement, and optimization.
  • Mentor, train, and support junior team members, providing guidance that strengthens both their technical skills and strategic thinking.
  • Contribute to the continued growth of the agency by identifying new platforms, tools, capabilities, and ways of working that can create value for our clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4+ years of experience in paid social media, with a strong foundation in strategy, activation, optimization, and measurement; agency experience preferred.
  • Hands-on experience across major paid social platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, X, and/or emerging platforms.
  • Ability to translate client business and brand objectives into strategic, actionable paid social strategies and activation plans.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign structure, budgeting, optimization, creative formats, and measurement.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and turn data and insights into clear recommendations and strategic actions.
  • Experience managing client relationships and confidently presenting strategies, recommendations, and results.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, campaigns, and priorities while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and strong follow-through.
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing team members and providing guidance on both strategy and execution.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • Curious and proactive, with a strong interest in the evolving social media landscape, emerging platforms, and new technologies.
  • A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to take ownership, navigate challenges, and identify creative and practical solutions.

SALARY

Salary range of 75-100k, commensurate with experience. Compensation is determined on the skills, qualifications,, tenure in the industry and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.
