Work Schedule:

100% FTE, 40 hours/week. 8-hour day shifts. Shifts are scheduled Monday through Friday, Occasional weekend coverage. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Supervisor, Occupational and Physical Therapy to:
  • Provide team-based leadership for occupational and physical therapy staff.
  • Manage long-range planning for staffing levels, including recruitment and retention efforts.
  • Develop and manage the therapy team's programs, procedures, and protocols.
  • Provide remarkable patient care as outlined in the clinician position description as an occupational or physical therapist.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy Required
  • Master's Degree in a related clinical field or in business/health care administration Preferred or
  • Doctorate Degree in a related clinical field or in business/health care administration Preferred

Work Experience
  • 3 years of professional experience as an OT or PT Required
  • Previous therapy leadership experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications
  • Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Required or
  • Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Required and
  • Certification in Healthcare Provider Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Automatic External Defibrillator Required
