Supervisor Nursing at Providence Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo, CA. This position is Full Time and will work 12-hour Night shifts.

Under the direction of the nurse manager, Director, or Executive Director, the Charge Nurse/Nursing Supervisor provides an optimal environment and assists in overseeing and directing unit activities and personnel in order to ensure high quality patient care. Plans, organizes, controls and coordinates the department activities ensuring high quality patient care and efficient, cost-effective service. Adheres to the ANA Nursing Administration: Scope and Standards of Practice.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Upon hire: One Professional Certification in related area (Facility Managed)
  • 2 years of recent clinical experience in specialty area.
  • Charge Nurse/Relief Charge Nurse experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Nursing
  • Leadership experience.
