What You9ll Do:
  • Perform administrative duties, including but not limited to approving timecards, scheduling, conducting reviews, maintaining stocking levels of supplies, and one-on-one mentoring and training of direct reports
  • Implement best-practices for warehouse logistics, shipping, and receiving, including but not limited to transportation options, packaging requirements, routing, etc.
  • Support and maintain metric goals and objectives for the Inventory teams
  • Conduct regular safety walk-throughs, addresses safety issues, and promotes safety policies
  • Interface with Quality Control, Transportation, Planning, Purchasing, and other related departments to resolve problems relative to receipt and distribution of material
  • Be the point position for area audits and other compliance requirements
  • Ensure maintenance of a clean and organized work area by making continuous improvements to workspace design
  • Supervise the Inventory, Transport, Shipping and Receiving teams
  • Foster an environment where change is embraced and ideas are respected, supported, vetted, and ultimately implemented (when appropriate)
  • Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment


Who We9re Looking For:
  • Has an Associate9s Degree or higher
  • Five (5) years minimum experience in a Production Coordinator or Material Generalist position

Location & Schedule:

This position is onsite in Caron, CA and the schedule is Monday - Friday 5am - 1:30pm.

The starting pay range for this position is between $86,953 - 108,691 per year plus bonus. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
