DescriptionSummary:
The Supervisor Loan Servicing supports the daily operations of the Loan Servicing department by ensuring that core servicing activities are completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum three years of experience in loan servicing or a related function required
- Experience reviewing loan documentation, payment records, and compliance reports required
- Experience with loan servicing platforms required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
- Prior experience in a lead or senior role preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervises daily activities across loan servicing functions, including payment processing, payoff requests, loan maintenance updates, and response to member inquiries
- Provides support in the administration of escrow-related tasks, including review of tax and insurance disbursements and support for escrow analysis processes
- Reviews completed work for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Supports the processing and verification of security interest filings and releases to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assist with preparing documentation and gathering information for internal and external audits
- Partners with internal departments, branches, and stakeholders to resolve servicing issues
- Performs other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor
- Performs all duties inherent in the role of supervisor

The good faith range for this position is $36.00 - $43.25 per hour. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
