Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in aircraft design or production.
• 5 years in a technical lead role with oversight of other engineers/projects.
• Proven technical leadership and effective decision-making skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Knowledge of FAA Part 23 regulations for aircraft certification.
• Problem-solving skills with analytical methods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and report on performance metrics regarding workload and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Liaison leadership for project alignment.
• Effectively communicate with all operations areas.
• Drive accountability for team performance.
• Mentor and coach the liaison engineering team.
• Onboard new liaison engineers.
• Anticipate project needs and delegate tasks accordingly.
• Perform duties of a Liaison Engineer in a working leadership role.
