  • Serve as a trusted operational partner to the Head of Professional Education, providing visibility into team performance, program status, and emerging risks.

HCP Engagement & Compliance
  • Manage the Global HCP Nomination process, assessing business needs and vetting nominations for professional education activities.
  • Assign hourly rates and issue HCP contracts in alignment with Fair Market Value (FMV) processes and company-approved tools.
  • Oversee HCP contracting, credentialing, contract amendments, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Partner closely with Medical Affairs, Commercial Marketing, and Corporate Training teams to ensure compliant HCP engagement in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate and timely Sunshine Act data collection and reporting.

Professional Education Programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to plan and execute peer-to-peer education programs, including:
    • In-person programs at society meetings and tradeshows
    • Virtual and hybrid webinars
  • Manage non-CME sponsorships and product support or contribution requests.
  • Oversee the execution of the CSI Grants Program.
  • Coordinate residency training programs and other educational collaborations.

Professional Education Tools & Assets
  • Oversee the procurement, deployment, and utilization of simulation trainers and other educational tools.
  • Coordinate logistics, tracking, and inventory management for all professional education training assets.

Budget & Financial Management
  • Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development and ongoing budget tracking for professional education programs.
  • Manage invoice processing and Purchase Order (PO) creation using D365 and other financial systems.

Reporting & Analytics
  • Deliver data analytics related to professional education programs, including stakeholder and learner engagement metrics.
  • Deploy Qualtrics surveys to capture customer feedback and educational insights.
  • Analyze results and present actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders to support continuous program improvement.

Relationship & Vendor Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key external vendors (e.g., Conexiant, Chamberlain, Surgical Modeling Solutions, Deloitte).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and third-party vendors, ensuring performance meets contractual expectations and program objectives.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Manage customer visits to the CSI campuses including scheduling and on-site coordination.
  • Support additional professional education initiatives as required.

Qualifications

Required

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in professional education, medical education operations, medical affairs operations, or healthcare marketing
  • 2+ years of direct people-management experience, including coaching and developing team members
  • Experience in medical devices, life sciences, or biopharma
  • Strong working knowledge of HCP compliance, Fair Market Value (FMV), Sunshine Act / Open Payments reporting, and HCP contracting processes
  • Experience managing vendors, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills

Preferred
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS) or project management certification (e.g., PMP)
  • Familiarity with global education programs and international HCP compliance frameworks (e.g., AdvaMed Code, MedTech Europe)
  • Experience using D365, Qualtrics, or comparable enterprise systems
