Operations Supervisor FULL-TIME Opportunity Schedule: The applicant must be able to work a variety of scheduled hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
The Supervisor Operations is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations which may include staffing, scheduling, ensuring maintenance of equipment and supplies, internal communications, budgetary considerations, outside agency interface, and community relations.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and develop field staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain operational quality through daily oversight and communication.
- Act as a liaison among the company, patients, and public safety agencies.
- Mentor employees, conduct performance evaluations, and support team development.
- Collaborate with management to address staffing and service improvement.
- Participate in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
- Manage staffing levels, shift calendars, and fill open shifts as needed.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of medical equipment.
Minimum Required Qualifications:- Minimum 3 years of EMS field experience.
- Prior FTO or other leadership/supervisory experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED).
- State EMT or Paramedic Certification.
- State Driver's License with driving record in compliance with GMR's Safety & Driving policy (proof required if conditional employment is made).
- As required for EMT or Paramedic: BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, BTLS/PHTLS Certifications.
Preferred Qualifications:- Some advanced education is preferred.

Salary Range: $90K - $95K DOE.
