JOB SUMMARY:
Provides oversight of the Environmental Services department. The Supervisor will provide assistance to the Director of Environmental Services with implementing and sustaining a fiscally responsible and measurably effective, housekeeping program across the hospital. The Supervisor is expected to be a key part of a leadership team that produces a clean, hygienic, and safe environment that is patient-centered, sustainable aligned with customer demands, and yields great results measured by patient satisfaction scores and internal key performance indicators within the approved budget. Responsible for maintaining compliance with policies and procedures, and applicable Infection Control, Federal and District regulations to include, but not limited to EPA, DDOE DOH, OSHA.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree or 8 years of environmental services experience in a supervisory or lead role in lieu of degree
Two years of experience
CA drivers license (if applicable)
The current salary range for this position is $34.14 to $46.94
