As a Supervisor Customer Service, you will oversee a team to ensure our customers are receiving the best service possible.
In this role you will:- Supervise a customer service department, including assigning and reviewing the work of others
- Establish department work procedures, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow of purchase orders
- Train and develop employees
- Ensure every customer experience is top notch in quality
- Collaborate with branch team to grow sales
- Recommend transfers, promotions, increases, and terminations
What you bring to the table:- Strong communication skills
- A passion for customer service
- Supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact
- 2+ years experience preferred
- 2 year or 4 year degree preferred
Compensation Details: The expected base salary for this position is starting at $85,000 annually depending on experience. This position is also bonus eligible - based on specific and relevant business metrics.
