INFORMATION/REQUIREMENTS:

This position will remain open until filled. The first screening of applications will take place at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, April 29, 2026. An essential function of this position is the ability to work in person and physically report for work on site.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Supervisor, Compensation oversees the planning, development, and implementation of compensation programs, policies, and procedures that support strategic goals and competitive salary practices. The role is responsible for ensuring internal equity, external market competitiveness, and the overall integrity of the compensation program through continuous monitoring, analysis, and recommendations. The position also ensures consistent and compliant administration of compensation programs through audits, regulatory reporting, and salary surveys with regular stakeholder interaction in accordance with division policies and applicable laws and regulations.

Job Description

SALARY:

FY26 Grade 17: $110,944 - $179,842 per year (competitive benefits)

This position is effective July 1, 2026. Annualized compensation will be published upon approval of the FY27 salary scales and will reflect amounts for Steps 1-20.
