Qualifications

• Certification in Basic Life Support and American Registered Radiologic Technologists required upon start.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist required; state licensure is mandatory for non-hospital settings.
• Minimum three years of imaging experience in a healthcare environment, particularly with relevant imaging modalities.
• Associate's Degree in Radiological Sciences or equivalent qualification from an accredited program required.
• Certifications in Computed Technology or Mammography must be obtained within 12 months of hire; MR Imaging certification required within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures for quality assurance and control.
• Resolve physician complaints related to clinical performance.
• Conduct effective triage of patients, ensuring appropriate prioritization.
• Manage projects with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timeliness in delivery.
• Exhibit a solid understanding of radiation safety and protection principles.
• Demonstrate creativity in operational skills and decision-making in a clinical setting.
