Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities:- Supervising team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial tasks and reporting.
- Monitoring daily financial operations to maintain compliance with organizational policies and procedures
- Reviewing and approving financial transactions, reports, and reconciliations for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinating with other departments to address financial needs and support organizational objectives.
- Analyzing financial and operational data to identify trends, communicating risks and findings, and recommending process improvements effectively.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
