Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $67,100.00 - $100,700.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Job Description

Are you ready to lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals in the fast-paced world of transportation? We're looking for a passionate Billing Supervisor to oversee our billing operations, collaborate with IT and Business Process teams to design, build, integrate, and support billing solutions, and drive continuous improvement. If you're a proactive leader with a knack for efficiency and a commitment to excellence, we want you on our team!

  • Lead and supervise a team of billing experts, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in the transportation sector.
  • Guarantee accurate, complete, and timely billing and payment processing for transportation services.
  • Monitor billing and payment reports, identify issues, and develop effective resolution strategies tailored to the transportation industry.
  • Collaborate with IT and Business Process teams to design, build, integrate, and support billing solutions for both internal and external transportation customers.
  • Drive continuous process improvement, recommending and implementing steps to enhance efficiency and ensure flawless execution in transportation billing.
  • Prepare regular updates for management on billing and payment processes and status within the transportation sector.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, RevRec606, and company policies specific to transportation.
  • Monitor process effectiveness and recommend improvements to boost both efficiency and effectiveness in transportation billing.


Minimum
  • High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years' experience in a related field; a master'sdegree and 1 year of experience; or a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience
  • Requires strong knowledge of applications such Microsoft Word, Excel PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization

Preferred
  • Experience in management role, lead role, leading cross-functional projects
